(YOU DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE THE DOCK VINYL FOR INSTALLATION)

1. Start by laying the bumpers out to the desired spacing.

2. Lay out pad-eyes in conjunction with the strap spacing on the top side of the dock. And secure the pad-eyes with the #10 screws.

3. Then line the bottom pad-eyes up with the top pad-eyes and secure them in place with #10 screws. Keep in mind that the placement of the lower pad-eyes will dictate the location of bumper on the dock (HOW HIGH OR LOW) the unit is.

4. Starting with the center strap and keeping the thermal cut side on the bottom, place the bumper in position and lace the middle strap over and back through the middle pad-eye then down the face of the dock and through the bottom pad-eye. Then lace the strap through the D-rings and tighten just like a motorcycle helmet or belt buckle. Keep the D-rings up close to the bottom of the bumper to assure a snug fit. Repeat the process for the remaining straps.
